Dr. Grace Wenham

Madison Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics is pleased to have on its team Dr. Grace Wenham, Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.

Dr. Grace was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. Following graduation, Dr. Grace practiced general and cosmetic dentistry in a multi-specialty private practice near Boston, Massachusetts. In 2009, Dr. Grace moved to Madison where she joined Madison Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics as a part-time general dentist. Her love of working with children lead her to pursue her specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

With experience in both pediatric and general dentistry, Dr. Grace is particularly focused on looking at oral health from a long term perspective. She strongly believes that prevention and patient education is the key to dental health. Dr. Grace also loves working with the adolescent population and is passionate about empowering children and young adults through encouragement and positive reinforcement.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Grace is dedicated to improving access to care for children in our community. In her spare time she is a volunteer dentist at the Madison Dental Initiative and teaches in the pediatric dental residency program at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.

As a native of Florida, Dr. Grace really appreciates the four seasons Wisconsin offers! She enjoys both winter and summer sports, particularly tennis and golf, and plays on the Madison Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics volleyball team. She is an avid sports fan and cheers for the Florida Gators, Badgers, Brewers and Packers. Dr. Grace is married to Dr. Thomas Wenham, Madison Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics’ orthodontist. They welcomed twin boys, Aaron and Adam in the Fall of 2015.

Dr. Grace Wenham is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
