Madison Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics is very pleased to have on its team Dr. Thomas Wenham, specializing in orthodontics. Dr. Wenham’s education and training brings an extra dimension to the clinic and helps create great smiles for your children.
Dr. Wenham was born and raised on a dairy farm in Milton, Wisconsin. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Following dental school, Dr. Wenham earned a Master’s Degree and Certificate in Orthodontics from Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Wenham is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Wisconsin Dental Association.
Dr. Wenham decided to return to the Badger State after completing his education. Joining him in Wisconsin and in the practice is his wife, Grace.
An avid collegiate and professional sports fan, Dr. Wenham closely follows all teams, especially the Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers. He also enjoys playing golf and tennis and cheering for the Badgers at many home games.
Dr. Wenham’s orthodontic training allows him to treat a full range of orthodontic needs including skeletal and dental problems that are more complex. These orthodontic problems include the following:
- Older children whose treatment may require surgery for the most stable and esthetic results.
- Children that present with craniofacial abnormalities, such as a cleft palate.
- Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) problems.
- Adult patients
