Meet Our Team

Dr. Grace Wenham
Dr. Grace received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Grace practiced general dentistry for six years, but her love of working with children led her to pursue a Pediatric Dental specialty certificate at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. She joined Madison Pediatric Dental & Orthodontics in 2013.
Dr. Grace is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Wisconsin Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and Greater Dane Dental Society. In addition to private practice, Dr. Grace is dedicated to improving access to care for children in our community. In her free time she is a volunteer dentist at More Smiles Wisconsin and teaches in the pediatric dental residency program at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Grace was born and raised in Florida so she really appreciates the four seasons in the Midwest. Her favorite activities include curling, tennis, golf and spending time with her two boys. She is an avid sports fan and cheers for the Florida Gators, Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

Dr. Beth Blair
Dr. Beth Blair graduated from University of Arizona with a degree in Nutritional Sciences. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. Upon graduating from dental school, she received the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Predoctoral Student Award for outstanding promise in the field of pediatric dentistry. Dr. Beth continued her education and completed a two year residency at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, where she received her Pediatric Dentistry certificate on 2013.
Dr. Beth is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Wisconsin Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association and serves as a committee member on the Greater Dane Dental Society.
Dr. Beth chose to devote her career to pediatrics because she has a passion for working with children and enjoys positively influencing their dental experiences. Her mission trip experience delivering dental care to the underserved in Antigua, Guatemala has further shaped her devotion to oral health education and care to infants, children and adolescents in need. In her spare time, she also supports and volunteers with Special Olympics and the United Way.
Dr. Beth, her husband and three children appreciate everything the unique city of Madison has to offer. They enjoy family-friendly events including farmers markets, sporting events, the Henry Vilas Zoo and the numerous community parks.

Dr. Thomas Wenham
Dr. Thomas Wenham was born and raised in Milton, Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Following dental school, Dr. Wenham earned a Master’s Degree and Certificate in Orthodontics from Harvard University.
Dr. Wenham is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Greater Dane Dental Society and Seattle Study Club of Madison.
An avid collegiate and professional sports fan, Dr. Wenham closely follows the Wisconsin Badgers, Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace, and two boys. Outside the office you can find him golfing, curling, traveling and enjoying the Madison parks and lakes.

Dr. Neema Jahdi
Dr. Neema Jahdi received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Penn State University. He then went on to complete his doctorate degree in dental medicine from Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. After a year-long hospital residency, Dr. Neema earned an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate from University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Neema has been involved with the Salvation Army locally and been involved with dental mission trips to Guatemala. He particularly enjoys providing care to those in underserved communities.
Dr. Neema was proudly born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is an avid Steelers, Penguins and Penn State fan. He also cheers for the Badgers as long as they are not playing Penn State! Dr. Neema is a big dog lover, although he does not have a dog yet. In his free time he can be found running around the lakes, taking in State Street, or spending time with his parents and friends.

Dr. Nika Lustgarten
Dr. Nika Lustgarten obtained her Bachelor of Science degree First Class with Distinction from York University in Toronto, Canada. She then received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, with Dental Public Health Distinction, from The University of Iowa. Following dental school, Dr. Nika worked as a general dentist in public health for 1 year in Cedar Falls, Iowa and 3 years in Madison at Access Community Health Centers.
While at Access, Dr. Nika was involved in the Celebrate Smiles school program and enjoyed every minute of serving children in Madison’s public schools. After this experience, along with her volunteer opportunities serving children with cleft lip and palate in Guatemala and providing public dental health services in Mexico, she pursued Pediatric Dental specialty training at Oregon Health & Science University.
Dr. Nika is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Greater Dane Dental Society.
Dr. Nika was born in Tehran, Iran and is a fluent Farsi speaker. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, eating good food at local restaurants and enjoying the Wisconsin outdoors year-round.
